Customer Success Manager joins the Exis team!

We are excited to announce the appointment of Andy Rutter in the newly created position of Customer Success Manager. The role will help with a new phase of growth involving the development and future deployment of new Hazcheck and e-learning products. Andy will support the Customers Accounts Director to ensure successful management in the delivery of those products to our global customer base.

Prior to joining Exis, Andy worked as a Digital Delivery Manager within DVSA’s Earned Recognition team, a scheme specifically aimed at safety minded operators, working with HGV/Transport operators, IT systems providers and auditors to monitor and improve compliance with O-licence requirements and legislation. Prior to this he worked for a Car Club operator as Product Owner and Business Implementation Lead across the operation delivering B2C, B2B and B2G services as well as delivering multi-agency projects.

In his free time Andy enjoys walking his two dogs, baking and music, whether that be going to concerts or singing sea shanties as a member of a local male pub choir.
