Hazcheck Validate Desktop
Hazcheck Validate Desktop is the desktop version of Hazcheck Validate, installed on your own PC. It replaces Hazcheck Workstation, Hazcheck Professional and Hazcheck Enterprise, bringing dangerous goods validation, segregation and restriction checks and documentation together in one desktop system.

Hazcheck Validate, installed on your computer if internet is not available.
Hazcheck Validate Desktop is the desktop version of Hazcheck Validate, NCB Hazcheck’s dangerous goods compliance and validation system. It runs on a standalone PC and replaces our previous desktop and booking systems – Hazcheck Workstation, Hazcheck Professional and Hazcheck Enterprise – bringing their capabilities together in one product built on Hazcheck Validate.
Who it is for
- Shippers, freight forwarders and agents validating containerised dangerous goods shipments and producing transport documentation (previously Hazcheck Workstation).
- Ferry and containership feeder operators checking dangerous goods bookings, vessel and port restrictions, and stowage and segregation on board (previously Hazcheck Professional).
- Shipping lines handling high volumes of dangerous goods bookings, from acceptance checks through to ship planning (previously Hazcheck Enterprise).
What it does
- Dangerous goods list enquiry, so loads can be checked quickly without looking through the books.
- Validates mixed loads for IMDG Code segregation compliance and shows the relevant packaging options.
- Checks vessel and port restrictions, and monitors stowage and segregation on board.
- Checks the additional ADR requirements for road transport and 49 CFR requirements for shipments to and from the United States.
- Produces dangerous goods documentation, including Dangerous Goods Notes (DGN), dangerous goods manifests and reports.
Moving from Workstation, Professional or Enterprise
