A full refund of the purchase price will be made when:
- The request for the refund is received within 14 days of the date of purchase.
- Download and activation products – the product has not been activated.
- E-learning courses – the course has not been started.
- When buying a purchase code with multiple activations for download products, a refund will only be made for the complete purchase code, not individual activations.
- When buying multiple courses, a refund will only be made for the whole batch of courses, not individual courses.
