Mike Durkin, New Operations Manager

We are pleased to welcome Mike Durkin to the Exis team. Mike is an experienced Operations Manager with a passion for technology.  In his previous roles as Deputy CEO/COO for two charities his responsibilities included overseeing the main business functions – Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Project Management and Strategy Development. Prior to this Mike operated his own IT Consultancy providing infrastructure design and support.

As Operations Manager for Exis, Mike will be responsible for the day to day running of the office based in Darlington, UK. He will be working closely with the directors to further improve internal systems and processes.

Mike enjoys professional development, recently achieving a Master’s in Business Administration, complementing his Chartered Management in Leadership and Prince 2 Practitioner (project management) qualifications.

In his spare time Mike enjoys spending time with Daisy, his one-year old daughter and eating out.
